We offer a tiered pricing approach depending on the size and complexity of your job. For any major works, please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
Minor (£179+VAT)
- Tender includes ~5 Quotes
- One Contractor Type
- Examples include Repainting, Simple Landscaping or Gardening, Fence Repairs, Routine Maintenance, CCTV, Driveway Security
Moderate (£379+VAT)
- Tender includes 5-10 Quotes
- May require a physical site visit by one of our team
- Examples could be Bathroom upgrades, Kitchen Upgrades, Electrical Upgrades and Significant Exterior Repairs
Major (£POA+VAT)
- Tender would be based on the size and complexity of job
- Major works may require planning, structural alterations and major refurbishments
